SPECIALIST INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIER OF PVC STRIP - SHEET AND CURTAINS TO THE TRADE
For some sites a flexible partition can prove far more user friendly to their specific requirements than a plastic strip curtain.
Static divides can provide energy effective solutions against draught, fumes and cross contamination between work areas. It has the added bonus of being accommodated within the existing building structure, installed around service piping, building steelwork etc.
A retractable divide would allow users to slide the curtain aside when moving large equipment or vehicles between workshop areas, removing the risk of the strips scratching any paintwork.
All curtains are manufactured from a fire rated reinforced PVC material. With a variety of colours and vision panel designs possible, there isn’t a problem that can’t be solved. Make sure to contact us to discuss your unique requirements.

As a rule of thumb 200/2 for 2m x 2m, 300/3 for 3m x 3m, 400/4 4m x 4m and above. We strongly recommend ribbed material for all openings with forklift traffic.
Standard PVC is suitable between +38°C to -10°C, whereas polar is suitable from +10°C to -35°C.
This product was designed for kitchen / catering establishments, maximising ventilation yet still offering a barrier against airborne pests.
Our PVC cannot be classified as flame retardant, it can only be classified as “self-extinguishing”, therefore will cease burning once the naked flame / heat source has been removed.
No, only the bolt-on (heavy duty) system is compatible with any of the sliding curtain options.
Both extreme heat and cold. – Standard PVC is suitable from +38°C to -10°C, polar (low temp) PVC is suitable from +10°C to -35°C
PVC, although suitable for these areas, will not have a long lifespan if installed within these corrosive environments. The stainless track will corrode as it is not marine grade steel. Please contact us to discuss if unsure.
Although the ribbed material is indeed transparent vision would be a little obscured / impaired due to the vertical ribs.
The greater the strips overlap then the better heat / noise retention is maintained. Maximum / full overlap is always strongly recommended for any openings over 3 metres high.
PVC strips should only be wiped down with luke warm water and using only a mild detergent or washing up liquid. Strong chemicals, bleaches or if excess water is left on the strips then it will cause the strips to cloud / turn milky, eventually turning white and become opaque. This then creates a H&S issue and strips should be replaced immediately.
